Providence Real Estate Consulting, LLC provides real estate and full site development services to the wireless industry.  Providence strives to provide its clients with the highest quality and most professional services possible to meet challenging schedule and cost targets.

Providence was founded in 2006 by Ron and Jennifer Morris, telecom industry veterans.  In the years since, Providence has grown thanks to its quality service to customers such as AT&T, General Dynamics, T-Mobile, and others.  Providence has successfully leased and developed thousands upon thousands of new build and modification projects across the southeast, and has been recognized with receipt of a customer award for top real estate vendor on multiple occasions.

While most “site acquisition” companies utilize unlicensed sub-contractors for their various projects, Providence uses only employees who are properly licensed by state real estate commissions to perform leasing/negotiation.  This means that Providence follows state law, but also by utilizing full-time employees we control the quality of the work product we produce for our customer.
